F & Q

Q1. When will I receive the product?

A1. Each product is patiently and thoughtfully handmade by Syrian woman. Within 90 working days after the order is placed and the payment is completed, we will ship the goods to you. The shipping time is Monday to Friday. Shipping will be suspended on national holidays.

Q2. Do I need to pay shipping fee when ordering?

A2. There is no need to pay shipping charge for ordering any product and any amount.


Q3. Will an invoice be issued for ordering product?

A3. Invoice will be issued, if you need tax ID/VAT number on the invoice, please inform in the remarks column.


Q4. Can order products under the name of a company?

A4. Yes, please remark the tax ID/VAT number in column.


Q5. How will the ordered products be delivered?

A5. The parcel will be sent by post office or other courier, Please fill in your receiving address correctly, and no additional e-mail and consumer confirmation will be sent. When placing an order, please be sure to leave the recipient’s real name, contact number, and receiving address. Incomplete information will affect the shipment. The delivery and loss of goods shall be borne by the consumers themselves.
